To ensure the highest level of availability and performance, our servers are installed in professional server hotels with all required security measures. All data is stored on more than one server; the data is mirrored to a secondary server in real time so that both systems contain identical information and run simultaneously.

We are committed to providing fast, reliable customer support 24×7. As a PICit customer, you can be confident of receiving service from a highly qualified support team of programmers, engineers and technicians. We offer two levels of support services, Standard Support (within normal business hours) and Extended Support (outside normal business hours); this allows you to tailor the support services according to your organisational needs.

In order to give our customers the best possible basis for using our solutions, we offer regular user training programmes, both for new and current users, which can take place in our training facilities or at the customer’s office.
